I am local can I pick my items up?

We love our locals! If you are local to Fredericksburg Texas please send us a message through facebook or email Jamie@backroad-daisy.com to make arrangements to receive a no shipping code

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders shipped within 24-48 hours once placed. Holiday schedule may vary

I want an items but you don't have my size. When will it be restocked?

We try our best to advertise when new or returning items will be restocked. If you would like to be the first to know updates on items, make sure you join our email list!

I entered the wrong shipping address when I placed my order! What can I do?

Email us at Jamie@backroad-daisy.com with your order number as soon as possible and we can edit your shipping address if the item has not yet shipped. Once the order has shipped, however, we cannot edit shipping information

How can I return my order?

We do accept returns on our items if they are new, unworn, and unwashed with tags still attached for some orders. To see if your items are available to be returned for store credit, please visit our return policy page

I love my items but its too small/large. Can I exchange it?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. We do offer returns for store credit on orders that meet our policy guidelines

What do I do if my order shipped but I never received it?

If your tracking number say "delivered" or "out for delivery" but haven't received your package, please contact your shipping carrier. In most cases, they will be able to help you locate the package. Backroad Daisy will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit
